Questions
What dyehouse teams ask first.
Yes. Your stock-concentration, electrolyte, alkali and process tables are configured as a reference pack, checked against your historical recipes and approved before anyone calculates with them. A change to the tables becomes a new version; recipes already released keep the version they used.
The calculation stops and explains the gap: which table, which range is missing and why no value was assumed. A colorist can enter an override with a reason, and the approver sees it before the recipe is released.
Reactive dyes on cotton in exhaust dyeing, on bleached or mercerized material, with single or mixed alkali. Other dye classes and continuous processes are not supported yet.
Onboarding is scoped after a technical discovery. The work normally includes configuring your reference tables, checking representative historical recipes, mapping roles and confirming who can approve and release at each site.
Each organization's data is isolated in the database, access follows the roles you assign at each site, approvals and releases require a multi-factor sign-in, and every change is recorded in the audit history.
